We hope you all had a wonderful winter break! Prior to winter break we learned about the life cycle of stars, composition of stars, constellations and made star charts to help us find those constellations in the night sky. The students were given the amazing opportunity to visit the Star Lab several times and WOW! What an amazing experience that was! The students really enjoyed learning in the Star Lab and were very good at locating the constellations under the dome of Star Lab's sky.
We are continuing our study of space, and have moved on to the lunar cycle. The students are learning all about the lunar cycle; how long it lasts, what occurs during that time and what the moon looks like during all 8 phases of the lunar cycle. They are
